This contract is for the protection of the Cocker Spaniel puppy, its breeder and the new owner.   Its is provided to
you, the buyer and for the seller of a KINGTREE COCKER a complete understanding and that the ultimate goal is
the health and well being of the puppy.

The sire and dam of this dog have had their eyes tested and both were found to be clear.

Kingtree Cockers requires that the new owner visit his or her regular veterinarian with 72 hours of purchase.  This
puppy has been checked by my Veterinarian and is up to date on all shots, worming and rabies and a continuing
schedule should be followed.  If any life threatening health defects are found, seller must be notified immediately
with a full statement from Vet as to the defect.  Puppy will be replaced with one of equal value(when one comes
available) only if it has been determined to have a genetic defect that will cause death to said puppy.  Allergies,
thyroid dysfunctions, cherry eye, and parasites are not considered hereditary and therefore are not covered under
this agreement.  

If at an time you do not want this cocker, KINGTREE COCKERS is to be notified FIRST to be given FIRST right of
refusal before selling.  This animal is NOT FOR RESALE until we have been contacted.…….

Kingtree Cockers will not be responsible for any Veterinarian expense that you may occur.
