Kingtree Cockers will replace the puppy if it has been determined to have a genetic defect that would cause death of a puppy. A genetic defect is described as an illness/disease that is life threatening and would cause death of the puppy and caused to be euthanized. Allergies, thyroid dysfunctions, umbilical hernias, cherry eye and any other autoimmune disorders that may be caused by environmental factors are not covered. Skin, ear problems, parasites, internal or external and parvo are not covered. None of the above problems are heredity. No refunds are given under any circumstances and a replacement will be given when one comes available. No replacements will be given without documentation from a liscensed Vet with the diagnosis. Documentation and all Vet expenses are the responsibility of the buyer. Kingtree Cockers reserves the right to have a second opinion by our Vet for any congenital illnesses. Health records must be produced also at the time to insure that the puppy was properly cared for or this contract is also void.
Kingtree Cockers is not responsible for any illness/disease that the puppy could acquire after leaving my premises. This puppy has been checked by a liscensed Vet and is in good health at the time of purchase.
THIS CONTRACT ONLY PERTAINS TO THE BUYER TO WHOM THE PUPPY WAS SOLD. KINGTREE COCKERS WILL NOT PAY FOR ANY MEDICAL/VET EXPENSES INCURRED FOR THIS PUPPY FOR ANY REASON.
THIS PUPPY HAS BEEN SOLD AS A PET TO YOU THE BUYER AND IS TO BE SPAYED/NEUTERED BY THE AGE OF 6 MONTHS. I DO NOT SELL ANYTHING FOR BREEDING, ONLY FULL REGISTERED DOGS WILL GO TO APPROVED SHOW HOMES AND WILL BE CO-OWNED BY ME UNTIL THE SAID DOG IS FINISHED. "KINGTREE COCKERS WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY FEES THAT WILL OCCUR DURING THE SHOWING PROCESS. |
